Anti-Human Trafficking Policy

Nelex, LLC operates fanfinity.ai (the “Platform”). We have zero tolerance for human trafficking, forced labor, sexual exploitation, and any form of modern slavery. This policy explains our commitment and why the risks typically associated with adult content do not arise on the Platform.
1. Zero Tolerance
We do not tolerate human trafficking or the exploitation of any person in any part of our business or Platform. Any content, request, or conduct that depicts, promotes, facilitates, or references human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labor, or the commercial sexual exploitation of any person is strictly prohibited.
2. All Content Is AI-Generated — No Real People
All content on the Platform is generated entirely by artificial intelligence. No real individuals are depicted, recruited, employed, or otherwise involved in creating content. Users cannot upload, post, or publish externally-produced media, and there is no performer, model, or creator program of any kind.
Because no real people are involved in producing content, the conditions that give rise to trafficking in adult content — such as the recruitment or coercion of performers, or the hosting of user-uploaded media depicting real persons — do not exist on the Platform. All characters are fictional and represent adults aged 18 or older.
3. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on the Platform:
a. Any content or request depicting, promoting, or facilitating human trafficking, forced labor, or the commercial sexual exploitation of any person.
b. Any content depicting non-consensual acts, coercion, or exploitation.
c. Any attempt to depict or generate real, identifiable individuals.
d. Any content depicting, suggesting, or referencing minors in any sexual or exploitative context — an absolute zero-tolerance category.
These prohibitions are part of, and read together with, our Blocked Content Policy and Underage Policy.
4. Prevention and Enforcement
User prompts and inputs are screened against a content blocklist before any content is generated, and prohibited requests are rejected before they reach the generation model. Any account that attempts to use the Platform to promote, facilitate, or solicit human trafficking or exploitation is terminated.
5. Reporting
Anyone — whether or not they use the Platform — can report suspected exploitation or any related concern through the “Report Abuse” link in the site footer, through our live support chat, or by email at info@fanfinity.ai. Reports are reviewed by our team and appropriate action is taken.
6. Compliance
We are committed to conducting our business in compliance with applicable anti-trafficking and anti-exploitation laws.
