Content Removal Policy
Last Updated: April 15, 2026
Nelex, LLC is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful experience for everyone. This Content Removal Policy explains how anyone — whether or not they use fanfinity.ai (the “Platform”) — can report content they believe violates our policies, and how quickly we act on those reports. All characters on the Platform are AI-generated and fictional; any similarity to an actual person is unintentional.
1. “Report Abuse” Is Available Site-Wide
A “Report Abuse” link is available on every page of the site in the footer. It is clearly labelled and not hidden. Anyone — users or non-users — can report a policy violation, an unauthorized use of their likeness, a DMCA concern, or any other abuse.
2. How to Submit a Report
- Click the “Report Abuse” link in the footer on any page of the Platform. This opens a report widget where you can enter a title and description of the issue. Your report is delivered directly to our moderation team by email, and we will respond to you at the contact details you provide, or
- Email info@fanfinity.ai with the subject line “Abuse Report”.
- Please include, where possible: a description of the issue, a link or screenshot of the content, and how we can contact you with an outcome.
3. What This Covers
You can use this process to report any of the following:
- Violations of our Blocked Content Policy (violence, hate speech, CSAM, deepfakes of real people, trademark abuse).
- Violations of our Underage Policy (suspected minors or content suggesting a minor).
- Unauthorized use of your likeness or identity.
- DMCA / copyright / trademark infringement requests.
- Any other abuse, harassment, or policy concern.
4. Review & Takedown Process
Every report triggers a human review by our moderation team. Our process is:
- Report received— acknowledged by our team.
- Human review— a moderator evaluates the report against our policies.
- Content removed if violating — reported content is taken down within 24–48 hours of the report being filed.
- Reporter notified of outcome — we respond with the action taken.
- Where required (e.g. suspected CSAM), reports are escalated immediately to NCMEC and law enforcement.
5. Verification & Privacy
For likeness or identity claims, we may ask the reporter to provide reasonable verification of their identity or of their relationship to the person depicted. All reports are handled confidentially and personal information is not disclosed to third parties except where required by law or to comply with a lawful request from authorities.
