You agree that performance of the Services begins as soon as Coins are credited to your account or a subscription is activated, and you therefore waive any statutory right of withdrawal or "cooling-off" period to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

2. Coins

Coins are a prepaid, in-platform virtual currency used to access features such as AI character creation, image generation, video generation, and text or voice messaging. Coins have no cash value outside the platform and are governed by the following rules:

Non-Refundable: All Coin purchases are final. Unused Coins, bonus Coins, and Coins already spent on AI generations or messages are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
Consumed on Use: Coins are deducted the moment a generation request is submitted to our AI providers. Because the underlying compute and third-party model costs are incurred immediately, we cannot refund Coins for outputs you are not satisfied with, including cases where the AI response, image, or video does not match your expectations, style, or prompt.
No Transfer: Coins are tied to your account and cannot be transferred, resold, or combined with another user's balance.
No Interest or Expiry Value: Coins do not accrue interest. If your account is terminated for a breach of these Terms, any remaining Coin balance is forfeited.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions grant recurring access to premium features and/or a recurring Coin allowance for the billing period you selected (e.g. weekly, monthly, or yearly). The following terms apply:

Cancel Anytime: You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or through the payment provider you used. Cancellation stops future renewals.
No Pro-Rated Refunds: Cancelling a subscription does not refund the current billing period. You will retain access to the subscription features and any Coins already granted for that period until it ends.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged again. Charges for completed renewal periods are non-refundable, including where a subscription was forgotten or unused.
