1. Adult-Only Platform

Fanfinity AI is an adult (18+ / NSFW) platform. Access is restricted to users who are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their country of residence, whichever is greater.

2. Age Verification

• Age verification is required for all users before accessing the Platform.
• Third-party age verification technology is used to confirm that users meet the minimum age requirement.
• Users who cannot verify their age are denied access to the Platform.
• Providing false age information is a violation of our Terms of Service and results in account termination.

3. All AI Characters Are Fictional Adults

• All AI characters on the Platform are fictional and represent adults (18+).
• No character may represent, depict, or suggest a minor in any context — visually, textually, or through role-play.
• Prompts, chats, or generation requests that attempt to produce content involving minors are blocked by our pre-screening filters before reaching the AI model.

4. Enforcement & Reporting to Authorities

• Any attempt to create underage characters or to generate content involving minors results in immediate account termination.
• Suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is reported immediately to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to relevant law enforcement authorities.
• We cooperate fully with lawful requests from law enforcement in investigations involving child safety.

5. Content Moderation

Our Platform operates layered moderation: prompts are screened before generation, outputs are scanned after generation, and all AI-generated media is labelled with C2PA Content Credentials to certify it as AI-generated. 6. Reporting & Contact

To report a suspected underage user, suspected CSAM, or any content that depicts or suggests a minor, contact us immediately at info@fanfinity.ai or via the “Report Abuse” link in the site footer. Reports are reviewed by our human moderation team and acted upon within 24–48 hours.
